A 41-year-old man originally from Cabo Verde but until recently living in Adeje, killed 3 people in a family home in Calle de Basalto, Piedra Hincada just before 8pm last night.
The alarm was raised when the man ran into the street holding a knife, his clothes covered in blood, shouting “I have killed my family”
According to neighbours a total of 6 people live in the house with the accused; Dalmacio y María de Los Ángeles, the assailants in-laws; their two daughters, one of whom, 32-year-old Mónica is the partner of the accused and Monica and her partner’s son; 4-year-old José.
There are no domestic incidents between the common-law couple on record and although they had been separated for some time they were now living together again.
