I have tried to contact Paul by phone and email but I havent been able
to get an answer from either.

Hi, I am here, not gone nowhere, Not even got time for a Holiday. Really really busy still. Sorry but as far as i am aware I have not missed any calls. We make and receive upto 50 calls a day so one or two may slip the net. Regarding Emails my Microsoft outlook did crash last week but was unaware if i lost any.
Sorry for any confusion but still going strong.
