best bet would be via courier, someone who has a business contract with a courier in tenerife may be able to offer support

Courier is in my experience very expensive
You can try shipping
We work with Rehnus T-Tráns and they are reasonable

Why not ask if anyone is sending a shipment to the UK with some space available?

courier is only expensive if you don't have an account, which is whi i said though a business or regular user would be a good option. can't see it being mor than £40 through a courier economy.

its about what you would pay for baggage on a flight.

maybe one of the forum members has an account with DHL, fedex , UPS or TNT who can help.

Ryan Air charge a massive rip off amount of £20 per kilo excess baggage

If you use a freight forwarding company such as Fast Lane http://www.wedelivertheworld.co.uk

they are much cheaper as they buy large amounts of space with companies such as TNT and DHL at a discounted rate and then sell the space on to Joe Public

I did a quick calculation and a large Samsonite Suitcase weighing 20 Kg's measuring 22.8 x 14.2 x 33.9 inch door to door pick up and delivery from Tenerife to London will cost £83 saving a whopping £317

There is this company that i used all the time they are based in Spain but they operate anywhere in Europe, You might need to give them a call , they are fast and cheap, even they collect pet as well. When i was in Madrid i called them and i am very pleased with the service.
