Do you of a place where my dog can go for a swim?

My dog has pulled a muscle in her leg and its taking a while to heal and its not easy for her to just rest - Shes a very energetic boxer!

So on vets advise I want to take her swimming and I´m looking for somewhere she can swim.

Im pretty sure dogs are not allowed to swim in the sea
here though I did go with her late one evening to the beach. She doesn´t like the waves and won´t go in (and I don´t much care for the freezing water!!!). She will wade in still water though.

Do you know somewhere I can take her to swim? Maybe a pool or a beach with still waters that my dog can use?

Sorry did say the beach at la tejita but that is Granadilla and they have banned dogs from the beaches. Amarilla Golf is at the moment okay.

Poochies were building a hydrotherapy pet pool a while back when Pete and Kate were running the place. I don't know if it ever got finished but maybe worth a try.
