4722I have a small chalet I am interested in renting long term beginning May 1st. It has 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and is renovated and equipped but not furnished. It is located in Urbanizacion El Puertito, El Sauzal and has magnificent views of the ocean. The plot is 500mē and the house + trastero is 85mē. There is also a very large terrace and garden with many fruit trees. It is well cared for and a lovely place to live. Rent is 630 a month plus utilities with two month's deposit.
