Does anyone know an easy, cheap way to ship packages to the UK and the Mainland. I have 3 boxes, about 10 kilos each. Just wondering if anyone that has done it before can recommend a good company/method to go with?
Thank you in advance.

I used the post office for a 1kg for the UK. The limit is 3kg I believe. It's not cheap compared to sending from Europe but I think fo the distance and location it's good value.

There is also a size limit. I wanted to send a surfboard here but I can't see a way.

Air cargo from Reina Sofia airport always used to be cheap, not sure if it still is, but worth enquiring at the Cargo area at the airport.

We used this service both ways actually, sorry I didn't say that. In 2001 to move to Tenerife & in 2009 to move back to the UK. Not sure if it still works the same way. You can search online as various airlines did it at the time. If it goes with you on your flight, you cannot get access to it for a couple of days as it has to have customs clearance, for which there is a charge. Dearer in the UK than in Tenerife, at least it was at the time. We used suitcases not parcels as it contained all our clothes & various household items. We felt too, it was the safest way, unless of course it gets lost. Our 4 cases on the outward journey to Tenerife didn't arrive for 5 days, we started to panic & my husband kept going to the airport. In the end (which we should have done at the beginning) we rang the UK cargo company & they investigated & found the cases still waiting at Gatwick, they hadn't been sent. Happy ending though. I'd still use that way for importing or exporting our things again as it was the cheapest way. If you do decide to use this service, please post on here how it went.
