Apartment advice need for the best complexes for a couple in their 60s

Need a bit of advice for a friend, basically they need a 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom apartment to rent In Los Cristianos or Adeje . It's needed for 4 weeks next February , older couple in their sixtys, best complexes??? Any advice or even better availability

Any advice or even better availabilityjust been looking at cristian sur, great location, we have stopped there before the room was on 3 levels with the top room having it's own bathroom and the other bedroom downstairs having another bathroom, both floors had their own balcony as well, buti it was a bit dated, but some of them have been updated, it's about £320 a week, they also have a sister hotel over the road called the tenerife sur, you are about a 5 min walk from all the bars on the el mirador strip and about 1 min from the funchi strip over the road, there are about 20-30 bars and restaurants within 5 mins walk and about 10 mins walk to the sea front:)
