You need to say if it for Spanish law, assets etc, in Spain or laws of England & Wales assets etc, in England so that people can advise accordingly.

You shouldn't pay more than 50 Euros at the Notaries. If you go to a lawyer then you could pay up to 200 Euros. The lawyer will just hand your wishes over to the Notary who will do the work.Cut out out the middle man! The Notario in El Camison(next door to Mercadona ,go up in the lift to the 1st floor and the office is facing you when you come out of the lift). The Notary speaks excellent English and the charge is aroung 50 Euros.

See the notary. Take along your will in English and they'll do the rest. Look to pay €100-150

As long as it's in Spanish.

TIBC (Tenerife International Business Center) ONLY CHARGED ME €30 for my english will.

And they are English!! And Spanish!!! And are in tine with Spanish/English laws! (beware that not all wills made at a Notaria, cover you for your UK assets, TIBC can advise you about this too!)

If you wish to include your UK assets in a Spanish Will then tell the notary!

However, this is only appropriate if you are a Tenerife resident. If you are still a UK resident it is better to have your Spanish Will restricted to your Spanish assets.
