Where should I get my uying electrical appliances

I would like to connect a 3 ring electric hob and a separate under-fitted electric oven to the existing 25amp electric circuit. I have not yet bought these appliances, so can anyone guide me on which appliances to purchase and where from? Bearing in mind the safety margin of the 25amp protection.
