SUNDAY 12TH MAY - KICK OFF 5PM

CD TENERIFE vs RSD ALCALA

Tenerife are already the champions and now have two weeks to wait for the big play-off final played over two legs (May 26th & June 2nd). The game this Sunday still has something riding on it as rivals RSD Alcala need to win to stay up so it should be a cracking game. The blanquiazules may make some changes but with competition high no player will want to take the game lightly.

The match itself may be overshadowed by fan protests against the President due to the fact that all season ticket holders will be forced to pay extra for the play off final, not just the that, the way it was done.
During the first 15 minutes there will be a "fan strike" where everyone sits down and stays dead quiet. On 15 minutes all eyes will turn to the board of directors and in unison chant "President resign!". Then the songs as normal will continue.

Has this been a recurrent theme throughout the season? When and how did this board get into power? I'm assuming they are hoping to hold off until they (hopefully) win promotion, which would bring in the money that could help get the fans back on their side? Apologies for all the questions!

This board came into power because Sr. Concepción is the máximum share holder and no one else wanted it. The club was on the brink of bankruptcy, and needed a vast injection of cash. They have repeated said they would like to go but no one else has come forward.
This is a new problem really although the fans are no too happy about being in 2B. L

Will he still want to sell if the club gets promoted?

You misinterpret he is maximum shareholder but has no interest in selling his shares he just wants someone solvent to take on the presidency
