After a few hiccups at the start and the usual detractors we have passed a quarter of a million posts in less than 2 years.

I'm glad I found this forum and that your detractors were proved wrong. I've had so much advice since first buying an apartment, and had a few chuckles along the way at some of the posts. Great site and long may it continue

yep we have had some ups and downs, gained a few and lost a few members, but i think that we have some lovely genuine people on here, and it is as much a community as a forum, well done every one:blowkiss:
