THE port of Los Cristianos will host, tomorrow, Saturday 11TH May, the first international festival – ‘Boleros desde el puerto.’
A cultural initiative that will promote Tenerife Ports. The location selected is the esplanade used as the pre-boarding area for inter-island traffic, located very close to the harbour entrance and overlooking the beach of Los Cristianos.
This area has capacity for two thousand people, the stage will be installed, approximately eighty square meters, which will lead to an intimate, warm feel – ideal for contextualising the Cuban themes chosen.
The event will be broadcast live on Spanish TV. The two hour programme will consist of classical pieces plus new trends of the genre. Definitely an event not to be missed.
