I took early retirement from work last Friday & I feel absolutely fantastic . I cannot believe the sense of freedom !
All Sal & myself have to do now is tart up the bungalow ,sell it and move to Tenerife !
Can't wait to be in the sunshine with all you lucky people :cheeky:
Happy days ahead !

Twentieth year in Tenerife or working towards that goal?

Well done Sal's Al. A quick tarting up of the bungalow you said? You realise that once you are back from holiday you will be working on it twelve hours a day, seven days a week, until it is finished? You will be begging to go back to work, believe me!

You have got my full understanding, Alivee.

Every day I fall on my knees thanking my Maker for my taking early retirement :-)

Congratulations,

Rainer

Some word to the wise, Alivee.

Keep on doing something. I for one do translation work English-German followed up by Spanish-German this year. Not only do I earn some pocket money but it keeps me occupado as well.

There are other ways of filling the days. You might take photographs and create a photo book. You might keep a diary on projects you really enjoy. Whatever it is do it by your heart.

Thumbs up,
Rainer
