South Airport passenger numbers soar

AENA, the Spanish airport operator, have released statistics that show international traffic to the Canaries has increased by 8% compared to the same month last year. Of that, the largest increase relates to Tenerife South with 12.1% more passengers, compared to May 2012. A total of 529,479*international visitors touched down on the tarmac last month.
