1/2 bed apartment in Chayofa area of Tenerife

looking for a 1 or 2 bed apartment in or as close to chayofa as possible that allows animals (two small yorkies) with a decent size terrace and car parking for a slightly disabled person 500 euro's max TIA, Max.:)
