Has anyone travelled with Vueling to the mainland and used the "Basic Tarifa"? If so, are you allowed hand luggage?
I've looked everywhere on their site and got no-where! Thank you in advance.

I have and you are allowed hand luggage
We took a small case and a rucksack and no problem with either
