Certificado de Viaje Arona

Hiya,

I need to obtain a certificado de viaje , what documents do I need to present? Have been told you can apply for this online but have had a look on sede.arona.org and am mega confused!!! Help

To apply online you need a digital certificate.

is this for travelling to the mainland ridley? if so we just got ours today but we live in san isidro so different area though....

Get yourself up to your local SAC office who deal with the issuing of these certs. In the main these offices have very helpful staff but you,ll be expected to speak in Spanish.

Morning, we are flying to mainland. How long is the certificado valid for? Is it 6 months?

Yes it's valid for six months.To obtain a digital certificate you have to apply on line for which you get a code and 24 hours later with this code go to Hacienda with your passport and residencia and they process it, then 24 hours after that the certificate is live and can be used to obtain Certs of empadronmiento, viaje etc and can be used also to present tax returns digitally, obtain Vida laborals so it is very useful
this cannot however be used on the Adeje site for some unknown reason

I reckon just going to their offices beats this "modern", computerised method!

Have been this morning to Los Cristianos and sorted it. Alot easier than trying to do it online!! Just needed to show passport and residencia ( Green bit of paper)

did you not have to show rental contract/tenancy proof of address at all?

No but I am registered at my current address so they already have me in the system
