Doing 200kph in a city is not unusual. Reckon a panelbeating/body shop repair business owuld do alright. Problem would be when it came to getting paid!!

At great expence i have paid an artist from Crime watch to do a few photo fits. but he only had crayons .so look out for these!

I borrowed one of the, shall we say less salubrious, vehicles shown in the back garden of people's homes in the photographs for the first couple of weeks I was in Russia. In 1997 there was no such thing as "Rent a cars" at that time so you "borrowed". It was the first time I had driven a car on highways and thru' cities with a wheel brace as a gear stick! In minus 30oC temperatures and no car heaters believe me, rather tricky.
If you look at few of the videos the one thing which keeps appearing is vehicles being driven at very high speeds on ice, snow etc!

You clearly havn,t a clue what you are on about!
Here,s a test for you. Lets say you go to somewhere in Russia but not its 2 main cities. All the information in the shop windows is in Cyrillic, not one person speaks your language and you cannot make head nor tail what the food consists off. They spend a fortune whilst here on holiday once someone actually helps them and they are certainly not tight fisted. Go on a pub crawl with ten of them!
All in all I totally disagree with virtually each and every word of your posting/thread!

The "Dash Cam" is becoming pretty much standard issue for the Russian motorists now.

Mainly because of the dodgy driving. The camera will prove what happened. Pretty bad really but on the plus side, it's how we got to see the brilliant footage of the comet the exploded over there earier this year...
