How long do Tenerife court cases take to get a resolution?

Hi Folks, I am the grieved party in a theft from my apartment by another ex pat I have been to the courts to submit my evidence as he has. Anyone know how long this takes The evidence is pretty clear in my favour.

Depends on whether this is considered Criminal or civil.Ask your lawyer or go to the court and ask , they are. Best places to tell you but be warned that even the quick cases are not that quick!

Thanks for that. I was informed that I need not employ a Solicitor this came from the Police so I did not. I asked in Spanish What next and was told the case may been decided by the Judiciary without being called agai ?? Many thanks

That's entirely possible it will depend on how the Judge looking at it views the case.I believe that if it goes to court you have no choice other than to have a Abogado and procurador.
