Hi all,
We're considering a move to Tenerife and have looked at a few 'bargain' properties that have land but no pool, does anyone know what the approximate cost might be to have a budget swimming pool built? I assume there would be loads of paperwork / planning permission etc?
I realise I'm light on the details here, but until we've decided where to buy we won't have a clear idea of size / location.
Any advice appreciated.
