I came across this appeal on Facebook this morning.
I know there are loads of worthwhile causes around, but this one has rather a degree of urgency. This little girl is only 9 years old. Her cancer has relapsed, and the treatment she needs to survive is only available in Germany, at a cost of £350,000.
Her parents have only till September to raise the money, or face the certain prospect of losing her.
I cannot even begin to contemplate how they must feel.
I have donated, and shared it on my FB page. Rubbish, and silly YouTube clips go viral within hours. If the same happened with this, and everyone who shared it donated a tenner, her parents would have the money before the day is out.
