What engine coolant do we need to put in a Ford Fiesta 1.3?

A friend of ours has a 2005 Ford Fiesta with a 1.3 DURATECH engine that needs the coolant topping up. Can we put the usual coolant available everywhere or do we need to buy one specific for a Ford?

Pink one best because its long life but don't mix if you have green/blue use that.

Depending on what coolant is already in there it can be topped up with water but if its Forlife you can not add water it must be topped up neat.
