View Full Version : My inbuilt webcam has stopped working.
I have a laptop with an inbuilt webcam that has tonight stopped working ... just won't connect! I can't find anywhere within Windows that says anything about the webcam .... anybody have any ideas how I can fix this?
What make & model lappy, also what windows is it foz....
Windows 7, The laptop is an Acer Extensa5635Z. Someone suggested I update my Adobe flashplayer but I have google chrome and that automatically updates it apparently.
Possible could be a corupt driver, below is a link to latest ones.....

You should see it in control panel , device manager , imaging device - check and update driver and or uninstall then re-install
Thanks for your help Jabba x Luckily I have sorted it! THe web site I was using had for some unknown reason blocked my webcam .... once I unblocked it it was fine! Can go to bed now xxxxxxx
