Hi.

Thought I would be the brave one to start this thread off.

Been a Utd fan for, well lets say over 25 years...

Ok we had had a mishap at the weekend, but we made the Final.

We will at least have a chance of returning next year as we won the premiership, and you need to be in the TOP 4 of the premiership to qualify..
Thanks

Glory Glory Man Utd

What happens when a young, virtually unknown athlete is acquired by one of the largest and most storied football clubs in world? Does he fold under pressure,...

I think Manchester United deserved the premiership, hope they do it again next year.

Most of all I hope they win the European Cup, they have been so unlucky..

Good luck next season ...

I am not bitter, just think Utd have been underrated, they are better than any other team in the premiership..

I've got to say that Johnny Evans yet again had a poor game. He didn't seem to know who he was marking. Jones on the other hand ... well words fail me. Not only can he read the game, he's non too shabby going forward and is built like a brick s***house. Reminds me a little of Duncan Edwards.

MaxineC

27-09-2011, 21:47
Ferdinand as a top quality player is finished in my opinion. He is certainly nowhere near as mobile as before and has been like this since his back injury last year. We need Vidic back to marshal that defence. Jones could do with a helping hand.

This is the first post in ages here for me...so here goes

I have had patience and have understood that a new manager may take time to adjust to the different demands placed upon themselves when working with a group of people that only last season won the title....easily.

I have a big problem understanding how the same players can play so badly and without any of the passion I remember so vividly from last season and the seasons past.Who is to blame?

I now think that a bad decision was made because the players at Utd know that they have won in the past but Moyes hasn't and the players see the future.

I almost kicked the ****ing telly into the street tonight so bad was their performance.

To the fans of every other team in England......fill yer boots!

Hello again Gordon & well done for manning up about the situation when so many other so called fans have gone missing.
After every loss Moyes says how much the players are hurting & they will definitely put it right next time. LOL they are hurting all right, all the way to the bank no doubt about that.
100 million euros in wages to Rooney & the others getting pro rata for being serial losers.

I wish people would stop being absolutely horrid to Wee Davey.
It is not his fault. No one told him there would be an outbreak of neutral refereeing at the Theatre of Broken Dreams. Could anyone ever, ever imagine a referee giving the opposition 3 ( three ) penalties - especially Liverpool - in one match when bacon chops was in charge ?
And the fact that the bookies have suspended betting on him being sacked is also horrid. He must keep his job, at least until March 25th. Then they can get Timmy Sherwood.

Spineless Board - how long did Sir Awex get at the beginning ?

Well I'm a Liverpool fan , and like most Liverpool fans, watching Man U suffer this season's humiliation is proving to be a treat indeed! However I don't think the fault lies with just one man, and every player should be looking at their own performance and feeling ashamed IMO. Feel sorry for Moyes but then again Everton fans won't agree I'm sure.

point taken kb, and yes the money must be nice, but the man has aged 10 years in as many months, career probably now in ruins. Yet the overpaid players won't suffer and it will be interesting to see how many of them try and leave now there's no European football for them next year. Personally think not one of them is good enough for Liverpool's reserve team !

Louise van Owler, super manager, instant success.

Brought in to get them out of 7th. place, did it in just one home match.

Had a great day with my grandson yesterday very difficult to say how good Man U are because Sunderland were so pathetic,if Borini would spend less time falling around and complaining to the ref he could be a decent player.

Think todays game answers above they were yards off the pace today and the score flattered them

I think LVG has under estimated the strength of the BPL, it's ok saying he's won championships with Bayern Munich and Barcelona but the competition in those leagues is limited. He'd probably do well at Celtic.

Hard to call, both defences are vulnerable, Liverpool looked good going forward against Arsenal in the week, if they play like that today I think Utd will struggle. 3-1 Liverpool.

The same could be said about most players from any team in the Premier league. Roberto Di Matteo being one exception I can think of.

As a newbie to the site and being a rare Mancunian with a United season ticket  I thought I'd bump this page.
Get your money on Utd winning the Premier next season, once Mourhino has got things settled this season (which is happening) we are going to be a force to be reckoned with. They are now playing some fantastic football and a few clear outs and a couple of signings in the summer will see them being the team to beat.

*awaits positive feedback* :bricks::lol:
