sorry cant help you with your enquiry the only thing I could suggest is you ask at the British games club or the British library. Might be able to help?????

if you are on face book try looking up a group called residents of tenerife, there are quite a lot of members that live in the north on there x

I really enjoy Sudoku as well. I completed the Daily Telegraph very difficult level book, 90% of them without writing down any working out. :flatcap: I'm on the fiendish book now, but finding that one much tougher:spin:

Lurrrrv Sudoku. Since my stroke I've struggled a bit but I do make sure I do 2 hours a day.
Mental exercise is just as important as physical, even for able bodied.

I agree, I find it relaxing, stops me thinking about computers or the shop, do 30 minutes to an hour most evenings on the puzzles to unwind. :). It's a different type of thought process.
