View Full Version : I can't delete attachments!

Hello,
For a while now I have not been able to fully clear my attachments, does anyone know how to do it?

The contact us and helpdesk doesn't work right now, don't know what else to do.

Go into "Settings". Scroll down to "Attachments" and click on it. You will see a list of all your attachments. Click each of the little boxes at right hand side for attachments you want to delete. Scroll down to bottom and click "Delete selected".

Yes this is how I seem to remember doing it in the past, but when I go to my list of attachments there are no little boxes on the right hand side for me to click in, so can't delete them.

The boxes are just not there, they used to be and that is how I removed attachments in the past, has anyone else had the same problem? I thought it was maybe the browser I was using, but have tried 3 now and its the same in all of them.

O right, so it's not just me, well if anyone can help I would really appreciate it, I want to advertise something with a picture.

I have tried it with Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari. They all work ok. Which browser are you using?

I have the same problem could a mod delete my attachments for me please as I have somthing to advertise, thanks

No my attachments are still there
