View Full Version : Tax Questions about tax liability on Tenerife property after relocating to the UK
Hola
We are moving back to the UK in April 2014.. We have some apartments we rent on a long let contracts. As a non resident in Spain would anyone know Based on 16,000€ per yr gross .. what would be our tax liability +/- ? or would it better to close the apartments down :?
Thx Gibbo n Sue
its never a good idea to close down, if the apartments are working well and earning,a lot
would depend on your finances ,are they mortgage free ? why don,t you p.m.
