In La Chafiras you have Wortens just down the same same stretch of road to the left there is another shop which sells electrical appliances.

One Stop Home Shop in Las Chafiras on adjacent corner to Iceland sell the smaller slow cookers!:wink2:

Slow cookers aren't really a Spanish thing. You will have to hunt for one. To my knowledge there's none in either Worten or Master Chafiras.
One Stop Home Shop will be your best bet.
