To rent, newly decorated 4 bed mid terrace town house with own garage and terrace situated in Los Cardones, San Isidro. The house is not in a community.
Upstairs has 4 bedrooms (three with beds, one as an office) and a full bathroom with over bath shower.
Downstairs has open hallway into lounge / dining area and a fully fitted separate kitchen. There is also a toilet. At the rear is a private courtyard patio. The intergral garage has a washing machine plumbed in and wall mounted clothes drying rack for when the weather is bad.
All the fittings seen in the photos are included in the let except for the flat screen televisions and satellite decoders. We are leaving 2 satellite dishes, one of which is pointed at the UK tv beam. If you want to bring in your own furniture I will arrange for our stuff to go into storage.
The house is opposite the new play / sports park and 1 minute from the motorway and close to schools and all amenities.
It is available from November for 600 euros per month plus bills on a six month renewable contract.
A holding deposit of 2 months rent up front is required per the rental contract.
