Our 19 year old cat recently passed away and we did not have a suitable garden area to bury him. Upon looking up cremation services for animals, I found ADEPAC (Association in Defense & Protection for Animals Canarian).

They are based in the north of the island and provide a collection service in most of the veterinary clinics in the south. Your animal will be collected from the clinic and if so desired the ashes will be returned to your veterinary clinic after the cremation has taken place. The cost of the cremation is dependent upon the weight of the animal, however, all the monies are put back into the rescue centre to help the other animals, they are also grateful for any toys, food or collars you no longer require.

They are in desperate need of funds as they currently are looking after 450+ dogs and require any assistance that can be given to them in the way of donations or food. A link to their website in Spanish and German is here http://www.adepaccanarias.com/contacto/
