What are the best options for airport transfer from Tenerife Sur Reina Sofia airport to Puerto de la Cruz - San Felipe hotel. Was quoted €120 taxi transfer which seems crazy money! Many thanks

It depends on how many people are travelling.

Why not try El Mar transfer ... http://www.tenerifeairporttransfers.co.uk/quote.asp

Try the 343 bus. Get off outside the Casa Blanca in Puerto and walk down the hill past El Tope. 5 Minute walk or even catch a taxi €3

343 Bus takes approx. 1hour 15minutes to Puerto and now costs 9.20 euros per person(with a bono) As JJ said purchase a bono card at the airport.

Does anyone know how much it costs on the bus without a bono. I think a bono costs 15 euros and I don't think I would ever use the balance of 5.80. If the fare is less than 15.00 euros then for one person that would be the best option.

Sell the Bono to someone , it's valid for 1 year .

The cash fare is €13 one way

Well you could use the balance on the way back to the airport. €5.80 on the bono plus €3.40 cash to the driver, job done.
