Didn't know the forum had gone as had been on a week's holiday to Swanage with my 91yr old mother - when I logged into facebook on my return, there was an email from Kirsty - so glad that lots of the 'old names' are rejoining as although I don't post much, I love to read all the topics to remind me of Tenerife when I am in Uk. Hope the forum goes from strength to strength and a big thank you to all responsible for the hard work you have put in to try to replace the 'old' one.

I signed up to the substitute forum and was re-directed here (although I didn't realise at first that's what happened until I read it on here!!!). I also had a look at the "other" forum and read on there that this new forum had started up, although it didn't give the name. Trial and error but so glad I found it!!!!!

I was holding off as long as I could in the hope that we may get a reply from Zarion, but there's been nothing. If we get nothing in the following two weeks, then the old site will disappear along with the database and all information, as we will not be paying for the hosting renewal again, so I had to do the mailing now in order to give people chance to find us and register.

Sorry if anyone got the email that has already registered, but as they are both running on different servers, there's no way of matching the two and differentiating.

I was in Tenerife when the old forum went down, most dissappointed when I went on line to find no forum. I believe it was a post on the 'other' forum by Zara (different name same avatar) which led me to the substitute forum. Many thanks as not all of us wish to be on Facebook.
