How much are the fees for applying for your NIE?

Hi all
I am recently new to this forum as i am planning a poss move to tenerife early nxt year
Does anyone know how much the fees are for applying for an nie
I have found info saying i need to apply at the police station and pay fees at the bank also found info saying to apply i need a copy of my passport but no idea of the cost

I think for a new NIE and Certificado de Registro it's around €19 m, see Goldenmaniac's site .
