Has anyone else tried the taps and wine for 2.50 euros at restaurants in the San Miguel area?

We found the booklet in the veg shop at Las Chafiras. There are 17 restaurants taking part and you can vote for your fave 5. Top of our list is Rancho Texas Grill at Las Zocas, both tapas were to die for and the wine was the best ever.

We went on the last evening last year .... all the participating restaurants/bars had a stall in the square in San Miguel, selling their tapas and wine. It was a really good night and we found a few knew eating places. Not sure if they are doing the same thing this year?

We would be nice to know when this will be as we are from the San Miguel area.

Last year you were able to visit any of the participating restaurants throughout the month and then on the last Friday of the month they had the "fiesta" in the square. If you are around San Miguel most places should show something in their window advertising the event, then inside you can usually pick up a booklet showing every participating establishment and giving details of the last night's event. I'm hoping this year will be the same.
