Discrepancies with the forums Terms & Conditions #3 Defamation of character

There has recently been 2 incidents of defamation of character by


1, A super moderator called people prats

2, Tenerife Forum sales team called a "banned" member is charlatan



Can we see some professionalism from the admin side of this forum because that's totally bang out of order and against their own Terms & Conditions.
