Where do I go to change my address on my car documents?

I moved six years ago and I have never changed my address on my car documents. A recent newspaper article has prompted me to do something about it? Is it Trafico in Santa Cruz? Any advice would be welcome. Thank you.

Yes. You need to inform Trafico in Santa Cruz.
