Hi, is anyone else in the Llano del Camello/Las Chafiras area without Tv, UK and Spanish? We have tried CTSI who think it is a local problem.

We lost 1 or 2 UK channels, but setting the TV to autotune found them again, so whether it was the storm or just coincidence, ive no idea but it might be worth a shot

We paid up at the beginning of the month and have had that infuriating 'Dear Customer' across our screen for the whole of November. The problem was that the transmitter was down and all returned to normal service on Wednesday evening minus the reminder. It would have been helpful and probably save the company a lot of aggro to have a recorded message saying what was wrong. They seem to be able to put a repeat message across the screen for a month! Their phone was 'engaged' for two days.
