can I pay my Non residents tax in any Bank, or does it have to be the Bank where you have an account.

If you are paying in cash it's at any bank, but obviously if you wish it to be paid out of your account you must go to a branch of your bank.

You pay it if you own an apartment, but are not resident. For our studio it cost just under 59 euros. If you dont pay it, they will catch up with you when you try to sell. Also the forms are all in Spanish, so have to pay 30 euro,s to have them filled out for me.

The forms are now in English on the AEAT website, together with instructions for filling them in. Modelo 210 for non-resident property owners. You now fill them in on line (now that the system works).

I get her through the recepionist at our complex. I can get her number but she speaks very little English.
