Christmas dinner in Puerto de la Cruz?

We arrive on 23rd Dec to spend the Christmas period in Puerta de la Cruz.
Will we have a problem finding a restaurant in which to have Christmas Dinner?
Also ,will most,or all,businesses close down on this day?

Bren it seems there will be quite a few restaurants open on the 25th for Christmas dinner, although most will not be having turkey.
Tiroler Alm in La Paz, across the street and down from Hotel Botanico will be having duck with red cabbage and gravy, probably more than that too. Don't know price.
Up the street from Tiroler is the Algarroba restaurant which will be open. Up further and across from the Botanical Gardens the Terraza restaurant will be open with special menus.

Not sure what is open down in the town, but I will probably be dining at one of those up here in La Paz.

I will be going around and checking the menus in the next days and will probably be able to give you more info about the restaurants in La Paz.
