I think this subforum might be more interesting if we could read about some actual court rulings concerning
the Spanish law of horizontal division.
Such as a description of real court rulings, the outcome, the penalties, the involved parties,
the time it took, the procedure, the cost, etc.
Can anyone help with this?
Maybe a journalist, a lawyer, an administrator or gestor, or any involved person.
