Where can I buy absorbent door mats?

where can you buy absorbent mat's , to put at the door when it rains --does anybody know ,:rain: please--

Hardware stores sell them. Ask for a "felpudo" (doormat), which is the kind you wipe your feet on.

Don't know how absorbent they are, but that would depend on the model.

If you want a thick coco mat, ask for "un felpudo de fibra de coco".

I bought 2 recently that are both very good. Iceland sell the 'Magic Mat' which is rubber backed and very absorbent, and can also be washed in the washing machine. I had intended to bring a couple back with me on my next trip back to UK so I was surprised and pleased to see them in Iceland (at Las Chafiras) it cost €5.50 I think. The other one I bought is thinner and cheaper, from the Chinese todo warehouse that is situated behind Neuteide and Iceland at Las Chafiras. Its seems to be very absorbant and also has a non slip backing which seems to grip the floor better than the Magic Mat, and pretty cheap at €2.75

Hah! funny :) , their mistake is that they hang them vertical on the racks and not on the floor lol
