How do I edit an old post? I want to add some picture attachments.

Hi All
Any one know how to edit old post, wanted to add some picture attachments & line of text.
I cant see the edit button anymore & figured it might be disabled for a post after X amount of time!
Any advice apreciated

You are correct. The edit button disables eventually to prevent abuse. You will have to add any photos in a new post.

I need to edit a post made two or three days ago as the image links are no longer valid.
There is a message at the bottom of the thread saying that I may edit my posts, but I cannot find an edit button.
I'm using Firefiox 31.0, fully updated.
I've also tried with IE but there is still no edit button.

I imagine that the edit button lasts more than a day or two?

What is the time-frame? It must be quite short?

I'm not sure. The settings were in place when I took over and I would have to look it up. I'll let you know.
