Does anyone know of a 'no win, no fee' solicitor in Tenerife?

I had been under the impression that this was illegal in Spain, but thanks to Google, I now see it has been possible since a Supreme Court ruling in 2008. The term used for No Win No Fee is cuota litis

That being said, I have yet to come across it in Tenerife ... and given the huge delays in the Courts (years & years), I cannot see it benefiting the lawyers unless they feel it is a sure win.

I have just recently hired a lawyer on this basis to make a claim against two companies in mainland Spain for a claim of between 5k and 10k. It is industry specific and they are specialists. Their fees are 25% which I am happy for them to take as I really donīt have time to deal with it myself and they will get a result (if one can be got) a lot quicker than I will.
So they do exist, although you may need to look further afield than Tenerife and it will very much depend on the type of claim you wish to make.

They do exist. A friend of mine used one for a claim several years ago. Where there is money to be made, you know lawyers.:D
