Lemon Drop Champagne Punch

A friend of mine in USA makes this and says it's the perfect drink for a New Year's Eve party.

And here in Canaries where alcohol is not expensive and we buy cava for champagne, it's something that is affordable for most.

And I hear it tastes really good!

This sounds brilliant CB, you really do come up with some humdingers of recipes. I think I shall try it with oranges as well and then pour it over a fresh fruit salad with some cream!! Bang goes the diet again!!
