Is there an online form to renounce (baja) residency?

Of course I mean BAJA. And I can't edit the title it seems! Grrr
Is there a form I can download?
I think I should renounce residency and retain non resident status.
Can I also download whatever I need to go to the bank and pay the Tasa thingy?

Unfortunately I think you have to do it at Police station as if you were applying for a residencia .
