I need a room or apartment in Santa Cruz for one month

I am looking for a budget accommodation (maximum 400 or 450 Eur) in the center of Santa Cruz for a month starting middle of January.

It could be

a basic apartment,
a shared apartment,
a room at an apartment from a local person,
or a shared double hotel/hostel room with someone else.


From what I have read it seems to be nice to live close to the auditorio, because you have the sea and some bars/ restaurants in front of you - is that right?

Is there also a sunny place at the south with charme (not spoilt by tourists like Playa del Ingles in GC)?
