Dear All,

I am looking to renovate an apartment in south tenerife, approximately 60sq m, two bedrooms, reception, kitchen, batroom. It is all gutted out now except the floor and windows/doors and I would like to ask your help on recommendation and prices estimates for the following work:
1.take of the floor tiles and put in new tiles, labour only.
2. complete rewiring, labour and materials.
3. replumbing, labour and materials.
4. replastering, ceiling are around 2.5m
5. painting the walls.

Can pay cash euros/pounds.
thank you for your help!

Get a building company in to do the work. Each will have different prices and quality of work. Depends what result you want and what you are prepared to pay. And you will get a guarantee for the work.

Also, a legal building company will have insurance. In case of damage caused to an adjacent apartment whilst doing the work. For example... the workers cutting an old water pipe and damaging the apartment below.

it looks like it was build in the 60s, perhaps early 70s

You're not really going to get a price estimate for most of that work over the Internet, too many factors especially on a 50+ year old property.
