Is Doctor de la Flor working in Tenerife?

Can anyone tell me if Doctor Manuel de la Flor is working here now? His newspaper advert says he is away on leave,but that has been in the paper since beginning of December.

The latest I heard, (from reliable source), is that he is having family problems and will be in mainland Spain until further notice.
