What is needed to set up a quality children's day nursery in Tenerife?

I am thinking about moving to Tenerife, I currently own and manage two nurseries in England and have a degree in
Early Childhood Education.
Can anyone tell me what is needed to start a day nursery in Tenerife, does it need to be registered by a governing body like Ofsted, who regulates English day care. Any phone numbers would be great

I would imagine that you would have to have your qualifications recognised first by the department of education and this can take quite some time(I know a nurse who had to do this and it was a very long and drawn out procedure).
You would then have to find suitable premises and see whether a licence was likely to be granted for that type of activity at that place.
You would need ( obviously) insurance etc as you no doubt have now but there will be far more hoops to jump through here.
