Where can I look to book long lets in Los Cristianos, Tenerife?

I have just had a 3 week holiday in tenerife, stayed at Paradise Park hotel, it was ok but pricey, I have done this now for four visits, and I would now prefer an apartment, "Long let", but I am finding it hard to find one, even for the next few months
I got chatting to a man who had a long let, he said he had to book for the next year, the day he arrived this present year, or else he would not get a room !
With that in mind will I get an apartment, next winter for a long let ?
If I wanted to live full time in Tenerife, what is the best plan, Buy/rent ?
A lot of questions I know !

a long let apartment is just what it says the man you was talking to has been lucky to find one that is empty next year as a longlet is normaly 3 months or more my advice would to wait till closer the time and see what is available buying is the best option but that depends on your financial circumstances hope this helps
